Using a food processor or mortar and pestle, grind the garlic with the salt until it becomes a paste.
Transfer to a bowl or jar and add in the vegetable oil, whisking together until fully combined and airy. About three minutes.
Mix in sour cream and add black pepper to personal preference.
Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Serve with bread, like my Romanian Flatbread, or atop chicken, potatoes… the opportunities are endless! Se bucura/enjoy!
