Ingredients

white fish filets
e.g. cod, carp, tilapia

cup
dry white wine

bunch of
fresh dill

heavy cream

horeseradish paste
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Roast the caraway seeds in a dry pan until lightly toasted, approximately 1 minute. Make sure you stir frequently to keep them from burning.
Using a mortar and pestle or electric herb grinder, crush the toasted caraway seeds.
In a large frying pan, melt butter and cook the white fish filets over a medium-high flame, approximately 1 minute per side.
Reduce heat and season with caraway seeds, chopped dill, and wine. Continue cooking until the fish is cooked through, approximately 10 minutes.
Add heavy cream and horseradish paste to the pan and stir until combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
